Movement to Music for Older Adults
This class is aimed at the older adult, with it targeting the seated participant. All dances and activities are adaptable to the more able body also. Perfect for care homes or supported living environments.
Creative Movement Classes
Creative Movement classes focus more on the free-play side of dance. They encourage social interaction and silliness just as much as the other classes, however they focus less on the physical dance practice.
Dance for Parkinson's Classes
Dance classes aimed entirely for people living with Parkinson’s. These classes are a lot of fun, with movements particularly focusing on balance and coordination.
After School and Breakfast Clubs
After School and Breakfast Clubs are a great way of getting your child into dance. We create a friendly, welcoming environment where they can make friends while learning routines and working on their dance practice.
Curricular Lessons
We offer cross-curricular sessions to be delivered during school hours. A great way of incorporating dance into your class' curriculum and a fun, different way of learning about your topic!
Show and Performance Assistance
Do you have a performance coming up in school or a budding group of young dancers who would like to perform in a show? We regularly have groups perform at The Cresset and other venues, as well as also being able to help with school performances.
PPA Cover
Perfect for helping with PPA Cover, dance classes that are suited to the age of the children are offered. They can be curricular, or simply a chance for the children to learn a new dance routine and skills they may not get from other activities at school.
Inclusive Dance Sessions
Inclusive Dance Sessions are aimed at adults and young people with learning disabilities. They involve elements of both dance and free movement, but are more structured than the creative movement sessions.
