Our classes are tailored to the needs of the group. The duration can be 30 minutes, 45 minutes, 60 minutes or 90 minutes. Prices vary depending on duration.

 

If a class is cancelled, there will be a charge of 50% of the class rate, unless a minimum of 24 hours notice has been given.
