At The Hermitage, we have been working on different movements to wake up different muscles and body parts. Here is our wonderful Mary demonstrating the ‘Royal Wave’. We think she‘d do a splendid job stepping in for Her Majesty..
We are now running weekly Bootcamp classes every Monday night at Newborough Village Hall.
The class format and exercises change each week, but you are promised a high intensity, full body workout each session. We tend to use HIIT training which is a form of exercise where you work the body at a very high intensity, for short periods of time with little to no rest. The class is 45 minutes long.
Classes are £5 each and they run every week during Term Time. No booking is required. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to get in touch.
We are excited to be working in four schools again this year. With our After School Club attendance at its highest yet, we are looking forward to dancing with all of the different groups over the coming months.
We are continuing to work closely with local charity Goldhay Arts, delivering two sessions a week at their premasis at The Cresset. Tuesday morning is our Dance Session and Wednesday morning is our Dance Fitness Session. Both mornings are very well attended and the groups enjoy working towards biannual shows.
